A heavy duty non caustic powdered cleaner for use in CIP systems, and soak tanks to remove heavy build up from proteins, fats, oils, and grease. Contains special chelating and wetting agents to penetrate quickly and to prevent redeposition of loosened soils. Excellent for removing carbon and other heavy build-up from non-aluminum surfaces.
