A heavy duty caustic cleaner for use in CIP systems, and soak tanks to remove heavy buidlup of proteins and other minerals. Contains special chelating and wetting agents to penetrate quickly and to prevent redeposition of loosened soils. Excellent for removing carbon and other heavy build-up from non-aluminum surfaces. Breaks down buildup and cleans beer lines. USDA applicable.
